Computer Models Predict Magnetic Pole Reversal in Earth and Sun Can Bring End to Human Civilization in 2012 - Evidence of Extra-terrestrial Help in Our Survival

------------------------------------------------------------------------

According to some computer scientists working together with a group geophysicists and astrophysicists, Earth and Sun both will go through a process of Magnetic Pole Reversal in 2012. This last happened millions of years back when the Dinosaurs disappeared. A private research and analysis company in Hyderabad is predicting a major upheaval in 2012.

Magnetic Pole reversal is a process when North Pole and South Pole reverse positions. When this happens, at some point of time Earth's magnetic field reaches zero Gauss which simply means, Earth at that point of time has zero magnetism. When this coincides with a eleven year cycle of Sun's Polar reversal, a major problem arises.

In the modern human history, such happenings are not recorded. Only Computer Models can predict the outcome. NASA recently has brought the public fear down by saying the Polar reversal will make Earth's Magnetism weak and erratic but not zero.

According to the Hyderabad Computer Model, the polar reversal of Earth and Sun can cause the following serious problems other than electronic malfunction, migrating birds losing sense of direction and so on:

- the immune system of all animals including the humans will weaken substantially

- the earth's crust will experience increasing volcanoes, tectonic movements, earthquakes and landslides

- Earth's Magnetosphere will weaken and Cosmic Radiation from Sun will increase many folds making radiation hazards like cancer and so on inevitable

- Large Asteroids will be drawn towards the Earth

- the Earth's gravitational field will experience a change though no one knows how it will change

If you add up all these possible devastating scenarios, you can easily see that in simple words, Earth may become not suitable for human civilization by 2012 and those who live on or near earth's crust.

The organisms living deep in the Earth well below the crust will survive. Without any intervention in this natural process, millions of years later we will see some other form of intelligent or large life forms are dominating the earth on its crust.

A large number of Extra-terrestrial UFO sightings in recent days, according to many UFO researchers in the world is connected to saving the human civilization form extinction. It is possible in absence of our knowledge they are trying to provide a counter measure that can save the human civilization.

As it happened during the time of Tsunami, it is possible that we will be perplexed and stare at the unthinkable happening and wiping us out.

If this model is true, the only way for us to survive will be to take our civilization well below the Earth's crust or move to another planet. It may have happened to Mars millions of years back.

Recent extra-terrestrial UFO activities (in the last 100 years) point out that someone out there knows that something severe will happen. They may be creating a scenario where they can silently help us or even remove us to an unknown destination.

Our North loses the Pole

------------------------------------------------------------------------
After centuries in Canada, the roaming magnetic North Pole has crossed into international waters, en route to Siberia.

YELLOWKNIFE, N.W.T. - Sometime in the last year, a longtime friend turned its back on Canada and was last spotted heading for Siberia.

For centuries, the magnetic North Pole was ours, a constant companion that wandered the rolling tundra and frozen seas of our Arctic.

But no more.

A Canadian scientist who recently returned from a trip to measure the Pole's current location says it has now left Canadian territory and crossed into international waters.

"I think the Pole has probably just moved past the 200-nautical-mile limit," said Larry Newitt, head of the Natural Resources Canada geomagnetic laboratory in Ottawa. "It's probably outside of Canada, technically. But we're still the closest country to it."

In May, Newitt and his instruments landed on a patch of frozen ocean at 82.5 degrees North to make a more precise measurement of the magnetic Pole's position.

The pole, which, unlike the geographic North Pole, is in constant movement, has been within modern Canadian borders since at least the 1600s -- the time of Shakespeare and Sir Isaac Newton.

In 1904 it was measured just off the northern tip of Nunavut's King William Island by Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen, and since then has moved in a north to northwesterly direction at a stately 10 kilometres per year.

But in 2001, scientists discovered that it was picking up the pace, suddenly charging ahead -- and toward the edge of Canadian territory -- at more than 40 kilometres per year.

This year, bad weather prevented Newitt from reaching the actual location of the pole, and he hasn't completed the analysis of his observations. But he got close enough to make two measurements, and says it appears the pole is farther away than expected, and moving even faster than before.

"We landed at two places at around 83 North, and it certainly appears the pole is probably closer to 84 North," he said. "That means that the pole is still continuing to accelerate."

If the pole continues its current course, it will shoot across the top of Earth and end up in Siberia by mid-century.

But the pole's movements are difficult to forecast, since its location depends on a terrestrial magnetic field that is produced by extremely complex forces deep inside Earth. Those forces, at their simplest, drive a churning mass of molten iron that rises and falls on convective currents more than 3,000 kilometres below the planet's surface. The movement of that iron conducts and produces the magnetic field, whose poles are located fairly close, although still often thousands of kilometres away from, the geographic poles.

Curiously, the speed with which the pole moves could be related to dramatic events like the massive earthquake that caused last December's devastating tsunami. That quake was big enough to alter the shape of Earth and jar the planet into a slightly different axis of rotation. It also had enough power to jolt the molten iron that powers the magnetic field, and could be partly responsible for magnetic "jerks" that are propelling the magnetic North Pole, Newitt said.

Scientists have also been intrigued by a weakening in the pole's intensity: It has lost 10 per cent of its force in the past few centuries. That could be a sign that the poles are preparing to reverse, a phenomenon that has occurred many times in Earth's distant history, said University of Alberta geophysics professor Moritz Heimpel.

But the pole's continuing movement away from Canadian soil likely won't affect anyone, beyond perhaps affecting the northern lights. The magnetic pole draws the charged particles from the sun that create the aurora, and "the people in Fort McMurray

RE: The Shining ones and 2012

Just going back to those that were discussing religions:-

Lets just forget about religions for the minute - They were never meant to be used as they are, they were meant to be a guide to follow. All religions are basically the same, they teach you to be kind to one another, to accept one another and to help and love one another. To be generally good, and tell the truth, to never kill or hurt anyone.

Yet people use religion to argue - I don't like religion, I like some aspects about it, but remember God/Buddha/Allah - it doesn't matter what you call it for the sake of having a religious conotation lets call it the creator. The creator is within all of us - we all have the connection to it, therefore we all have a connection to each other. Your relationship to the creator is as original as you are and only you know how you relate to the creator.

What we hope will happen in 2012 is that we will understand more about who we are, and accept we are all different and maybe hopefully we can have peace, no greed, no hate. That is what I always hope for. That is what everyone should hope for regardless of religion. Maybe everyone will leave their religion behind, because in their hearts they already know the truth and they don't need a book to tell them. Can you remember what it was like to be a child before you knew that there was such a thing as death? Do you remember what you believed before people told you what to believe? It's in your heart. Think about that - don't fantasise about war and hate and greed, what's the use in that?

Think about peace, want it - act it out.:D

I agree with the previous poster about 2012 -- maybe the Mayans just stopped making calendars because they figured that was far enough in the future. The far, far distant future for them. It happens to be our near future because we are here now.

With the poles migrating, solar flares and shifting tectonic plates, we will have big worries with the earth changes, whenever they happen. To see a future map of the world, go to www.matrixinstitute.com.

The magnetic poles are wandering about, indeed. Have been for decades. Doq, I had to smile at the quote from the Indian Press. They are often not very scientific there but make it sound as if they are. 😉 I'm sure the fact they figured things would happen in "2012" was not a scientific calculation, but their jumping on the badwagon re that date.

The alarm bells of 'psuedo-science' went off when I read it saying that this would "Attract Large Asteroids to the Earth" or that our gravity would change. Neither of these is scientifically possible and a magnetic reversal wouldn't have a gravitational effect. As for asteroids, they can't be altered in their course due to their enormous speed, mass, etc. (Those on the science forum would know... ;)). So if that part is silly stuff, then the rest... ?
