Thanks, Laura. I hadn't thought of looking up Cadbury on the net. Though it is hard to capture it in a few photos. In fact, being unconvinced that it is Camelot, it might appear mundane to people 🙂
Yes on churches. Great cathedrals do have an atmosphere, but the tourists are traipsing through... a travesty. I love to find tiny little churches in the countryside which are empty all day, or mostly, and then you can tune in inside to the vibes and history of what devotion has gone on there over the centuries - I mean really small places such as with 30-50 seats 😀 and unused through the week. I don't pretend that there are truly any special vibes in them to be honest - it's just that they are good places for me to tune in, I find.
Yet, going back to my previous post - give me a Moroccan mosque or a hidden valley in the Himalayas any time 🙂

Pretty much EVERYTHING is on the net (to my regret when I realise how much time I have spent there LOL) 😀
Little churches ... there's a lovely one, just the sort of size you describe, on the leyline between Melton Mowbray church and Burrough Hill. You park in the village, Little Dalby, and then negotiate your way through gates and a field full of cow pats, as I recall, to get to the church.
The larger and more "famous" places do little for me, I'm afraid. Could be to do with what are referred to as the "psychic coke cans" that get left there, which may or not be accidental. I did once hear of "interferrence" with the energies at Burrough Hill and the efforts of some, erm, "lightworkers" to get the place cleaned up.

My meditations always start off with me climbing a tree very similar to the white tree of gondor described by JRRTolkien in lord of the rings so i suppose that is my place.
