Hi everyone, I have a four year old daughter and I'd really love to get her some books that can help me to explain all things spiritual to her but really don't know where to start. I just wondered if you'd come across anything you could recommend?

I think i'd need to know more about the types of beliefs you hold and are looking for to recommend...
altho, to be honest, now that i thnk of it...most of the books I have to know for kids deal more with death
the dangers of growing up with parents who are funeral directors I guess

As a fellow '4 year olds mum) *I would recommend Cygnus books (www.cygnus-books.co.uk) they had some beautiful ones at Christmas, you could try their website.

Hi, I'd echo the recommendation about Cygnus - they have some lovely books listed. My personal favs from yonks ago are 'When God Sang Cats' - a beautiful, funny picture book. Can't remember the author but hopefully you can track it down by title. There is also a lovely one by the author of 'Conversations With God' - Neale Donald Walsh; 'The Little Soul & The Sun'. It explains how we choose our lives and the love involved when others help us become better people, even if they're not nice to us.
