Hello!! well after just returning from a Alpha Omega Zenith course with him this weekend i'm feeling fantastic!!
yes would have seen you there as i bought Michaels new cd!!
The chakra between your ankles is the christ consciousness chakra, its normally golden in colour, then you have one a bit further up, (mid calf) which is the galactic chakra and is silvery. then one bit further up just below your knees which is your universal chakra and i think is either white or opalescent. then the one between your knees is your link chakra, this is the chakra thats links all dimentional aspects of your being. ( i think this could be the opalescent one?)

well what do you know i'm sitting here meditating to lelama's CD Essance of creation & I thought about this thread & you .. & lookie here you are. ;)I'm so pleased you're feeling fantastic Emma, I really need to go on a good course to get me re-connected I keep asking but its just not happening, at the moment:(.... Thank you for the information on the chakras..... I wonder the then why The one i have between my ankels is crystal? and the one two up from my crown is Silver? Maybe i just need to be puit in a big cosmic bag & be given a good shake..lol...
