Phill here, would like to share more of my work with you all.

Love Enough To Let Go.

Any kind of power must be measured in its use and controlled in its application. The when and the how of power needs to be both informed and inspired in order for its use to be morally just, judicial and effective.

Power used without any thought of its effect and out come can be counter productive, dangerous and disruptive. The quality of the power or its perceived spirituality does not negate the effect of its miss use. The Collins dictionary gives 23 definitions of the word power but what they all have in common is their potential to create a control by its application whether it be the use of social, military, political or personal power. We have all experienced these powers being exerted in our lives and the effects it had upon us.

Most of the time we use this personal power without any thought of the consequences of our actions on ourselves and those around us.

By its very nature our freedom of choice, our free will demands that we choose a course of action at any given moment in time. This leaves the doors open for errors in judgement to be made, bad choices to happen and mistakes to be made. Unfortunately we fail to view these as a learning experience that triggers self empowerment and personal growth; instead we see all mistakes as failures and reflection of our value as a person.

Wearing our negative head, all mistakes have to be avoided at all costs and if they can’t be avoided we must ensure someone else takes the credit (blame) for our actions. Because of this negative mind set we avoid any situation that may result in a mistake happening and we avoid taking responsibility for our actions. Our fears draw to us the experiences we dred and this can negate our ability to learn from those fear based experiences and then move on.

We must always remember that no mater how developed and enlightened we may feel we are still a work in progress. All development requires change; improvement requires movement and all living things must grow.

One of the greatest powers that we can poses is love, as with all things the greater the power the greater the responsibility that goes with it and the greater the care needed when applying this power in our lives. All virtues are perceived to be virtuous but when taken to the extreme they become destructive.

Love is powerful, unconditional love is even more so and so great care and attention must be used when we exert this powerful force in our lives. We must ensure that the power of love is used to free ourselves and others from self doubt and fear.

Love like other any emotion can be manipulated to reflect our own agenda in any given situation. If we are not mindful of the consequences we can become manipulating and controlling in the name of love.

This “love” has become saturated with our own beliefs, doubts and fears and it reflects back to us our own values.

In reality the moment we begin to use “love” as a weapon or as a means to get our own way it’s no longer love in the truest sense of the word. It has become a distorted projection that still carries the name but none of the true values.

Without realising we can also pour out our love in an open and uncontrollable way in the belief that if we love someone we will do anything for them and continue to do so regardless of their actions and the emotional price we pay. This can lead us to become rescuers, martyrs or victims. Uncontrolled love can be motivated by fear and self doubt and the need to be loved in return at any cost.

Unconditional love is given freely yet it contains within itself empowerment for the giver and those who receive it. Unconditional love recognises the need to love one another free from fear, doubt, and dependency or conditioning, it does not ask us to like or condone the actions of those we love but it does ask us to take responsibility for our actions and love ourselves as much as we love others. In this way we no longer need to control othe

your right phil love is often used as a weapon which we use on those we are surrposed to care about. we need to take a step back and see it for what it is .

RE: Love Enough To Let Go

There is only one REAL love and that is divine and unconditional.

Real love is universal and lasts forever, it never dies but darkness does.

All the rest is not love but perception of what love IS usually based upon emotionally need or desire to get one's unmet childhood needs met.

So heal the needs and desires then one can truly move into the heart centre of divine love and then you can vibrate at the level of consciousness which IS

"WE GIVE DIVINE LOVE"

Love beyond measure

Gosh, you really know how to get to a girl, dont'ya!!!!:D

Ok, now I'm really starting to think about things!!!!:D

it’s no longer love in the truest sense of the word. It has become a distorted projection that still carries the name but none of the true values.

I see this in myself a lot...particularly with my son (he's nearly 6) and I try to teach him about a new way of looking at the world, compared to the one i grew up in..... but i have to question myself sometimes about whether I'm doing it for the right reasons,....should I just be letting him pick it up himself or should I help steer him in the way i think is the best way forward for him? It's a difficult one as I am on a constant learning curve myself at the same time as him.....

Life, eh? As i keep telling everyone all the time, it's a mega rollercoaster!!!

Much love to all:)
