You are not as you seem to be infact many here see through your disguise, as do I. I am sending Carolyn love and incouraging the others to do so too.
Spirit, divine energies, angels, spirit guides ascended masters, come through the heart and fill us with peace, understanding compassion and unconditional love.
Their messages are there to incourage us and for our soul to shine brighter and out hearts to open, Spirit messages are messages that give is a plain and clear statistic.
What carolyn is channeling is neither
What you invoke here is not of love but of deception, I am writing this from an outsider point of view and what I read , feel and experience is most uncomfortable and I experience this when I go out in the field.

Well the brain likes to decieve us yes, and likes to make us have opinions of others or ourselves even before we know of the situation properly. I myself have many times poured custard on my cake. I myself am not perfect..what is perfect..?

Lightowrkes of old....ehh yeh rite but we have always been light workers our mission is vast and there are many paths..but what it the comon ground is that we are there and here for humanity as it develops and increases in vibration like we do too.
There is no such thing as an old light worker but only an old soul.
