RE: Light Workers Of The World

PS

This statement is very true

ORIGINAL: garthur

However ancient and sacred those words may be - because, after all, they are the words of others. Most have undergone diverse translations - some have only undergone one or two translations. Each translation has also involved some adaptation to the truth/world views of the translator(s).

However, the teachings that I have shared with you from the bible are backed up by new science and new biology. What has been hidden from human kind is now being revealed and being proven by science.

It is the 'Biology of Belief'.

Good solid and logical words Ithar - I didn't see any judgement in your post either - I think you speak for a great many of us here.

RE: Light Workers Of The World

Personally, I don't believe it does suggest duality or separateness. I believe we are OF God as all things are but, whilst in earthly form we are bound by earthly strictures and therefore not Divine. There is only one Divine Being (or so I believe) or God and, whilst we may indeed be aspects of that being, we are NOT that Being. Even Jesus described God as his Father - he never described himself as God.

I have always believed (or at least since I have been able to think reasonably coherently for myself) that all faiths have the ability to fuse together and become a perfect belief system, where love and truth can actually be acknowledged as a Real Phenomena - but first we must overcome the inherent nature of Man to control, to gain, to succumb to power, greed or weakness.

Even in the Jesus Sutras (and how beautiful are they?!) we are told that we must renounce evil. To renounce anything we first must acknowledge its existence otherwise there, surely, is nothing to renounce.

Each individual will have their "Own Truth" - their own interpretation of what is and what is not pertinent to them. For an example of this we have only to look at the testaments of the four apostles in the NT. It doesn't mean that any one of them is more right or more wrong than the others - it is simply a different interpretation of the same thing.
some of us are ready to soar to the heights - but if all of the more enlightened ones, the "wiser" ones, rise above the earthly realms who will be left to guide those not yet ready?

With much love and respect
Glenys

Very very true words Glenys, Jesus never told anyone He was God.
