RE: karma

I wouldn't worry about it, it is an honest mistake to make and you did give the next parcel back which is like you saying 'sorry'.

I think part of the karma is 'letting go' - I have done many things in my life which many people would class as really bad - however, I acknowledge that these things were not good, but that I have learnt my lessons through them and have 'let go'- and I think this is what karma is about. It IS about cause and effect but it is also about learning the lessons of cause and effect. So yes, you may have done something bad in a past life, you maybe feeling the effects of it now - but if you are learning the lessons then that is what counts.

RE: karma

In the wiccan rede, whatever you put out comes back to you thrice-fold. This is another way of looking at karma. I like to view this in the context of energies: energies gather momentum and continue ad infinitum. So by the time the energies have got back to you they will have increased thrice-fold. So it's not as though there is some punishing, chastising force in the universe delivering karma up on a plate to people - it's just that because of the way energies work you do get back what you put out.

Intention counts for a lot. So, in the example you give of the errant package, if the parcel is returned then think of it as creating all this good 'karma' for yourself and that in the future someone will return three things that have gone missing!

Blessings

RE: karma

I have had one outstandingly strong karmic relationship in this lifetime. I was watching "Good Morning America" when I was a farmer and a lady came on who was the "Top Buick Salesman in the United States." My mind responded with, "if that broad can do that, so can I" clear as day. About 2 years later, I got divorced after a 19 year marriage. I became a car salesman (its a job, not a gender). I moved from my small town to a large town 40 miles away and that lady became my boss through a series of "coincidences". Once we got to know each other better, her daughter had been in my small town when I did my first coming out of the closet psychic reading at a New Year's Eve party. In the next 10 years, her oldest son went to work for my ex-husband although they did not know each other, her youngest son worked with my oldest son in a fast food restaurant in a small town which was neither of their hometowns and instantly disliked each other. Our families and paths just continued to cross and clash over a 15 year time period. I thought it was all over but last week my oldest daugter had been to a work related event in the State of Washington over 2000 miles away and thought about using a new company as a resource and when she got home through another set of "coincedences" found out she would be working with this ladies daughter. I was so relieved to find out that she had not signed any contracts with this company and that we are eveidently resolving what has been a growth experience but one that a person would like to be finished with.

RE: karma

I have heard of so many experiences of Karma that I cant remember them!!
I really truely believe that Karma happens.
I also believe that bad things are always cancelled out by the good things.
yin and yang is also something i am interested in.
These things happen all the time and are all around us.
