RE: Is there no-one brave enough?

We thank our dearest Angel Light publicly.

She is indeed a brave heart, is she not?

Hers is to be a place of much great light; as has been spoken, we await her evolution to her rightful place.

Fear not, dear heart, yours is a bright pathway filled with love. However, dear one, you are also to encounter much envy. The 'little one' (Carolyn) has known great envy throughout her lifetime. This was necessary in order that she combat those, who, still mastered by their 'brains', could not escape it's mournful note.

Have courage, dear one. Your Love too (as our great one Sacredstar) shall also get you through.

Much great Love to you, dear one, much great Love to you.

Hi Spirit Talk, there are many people who do such wonderous works behind the sean's and look for no recognition or rewards. What words do you have for them, thankyou.

Indeed, lightwinds, dear heart,

we hear your call of justice for all, dear one, and in time will accommodate all. However, dear heart, we be awaiting others who, for reasons which they shall disclose, have not, as yet, entered the forum of love. In due course those who 'know' of their true hearts will join in the activity here on our forum, dear one.

Be patient, dear hearts, our loved ones are not all here. We await them with love.

Many blessings, dear ones, many blessings

I couldn't agree more - one of the main benefits I get from meditation is to quiet the chattering monkey mind 😀

I like this meditation, which is similar to the teaching on our workshops :

I have a body
(I am aware of my body)
but I am not my body.

I have a mind
(I am aware of my mind)
but I am not my mind.

I have thoughts
(I am aware of my thoughts)
but I am not my thoughts.

I have emotions
(I am aware of my emotions)
but I am not my emotions.

I have a body, mind, thoughts, and emotions
but I am not these things.
(I am more than this.
Underneath everything
I am part of the universe
capable of transformation.)
I am pure awareness.

Lorraine - glad you liked the iris analogy - it's simialr to the flower bud visualisations one does for opening and closing the chakras.

Indeed, dear hearts,

the meditative state is a state whereby one is transported from the mundane to the glorious.

In this state of being, one is subject to the beauteous benefits of spirit, indeed.

One is transported, so to speak, to that which is our truth; consciousness.

Do we not say at the end of our meditation: 'now we shall return to our body', indeed.

A truism, dear ones, now we shall return to our body.

Well said, dear heart, well said.

Many blessings to all as we await those who are to come.
