RE: Is there no-one brave enough?
Hello Light Workers,
I do hope that I can do this justice.
Soul Friend has asked me to write in regard to not giving my love in areas unworthy.
I have, all my life, shared my love, (of which I have been given an abundance within and not necessarily given to me from others) giving freely to those I passed in the street, whenever at a party, a work place, a shopping mall etc., etc. I felt that they needed my attention by way of smiles, gestures, sweet talk because their frail little inner selves needed what I believed I had in abundance; good-will and a great desire to assist all.
Over the past two years I have led a quiet life in a semi-country township taking a daily walk, which I have always loved to do) up to a shopping mall mostly and then returning. During my walk I began to be given the understanding that I must limit the energy flowing from myself to others by way of greetings, friendly smiles, gestures towards those who passed by. This was rather difficult for me, at first, because I felt that I was being 'rude' by not acknowledging their presence (particularly as, unlike the city whiere one can remain anonymous, if this be your wish, the country folk are much more willing to greet and be pleasant with one another due to the slower life-style).
However, naturally I obeyed the knowing of that which I was given and before too long I began to realise the energy saving containment of myself in just this one new action. I became less conscious of myself and others and felt a deeper confidence in my own being/presence now that I wasn't 'giving myself away to all and sundry' as I had been previously doing. I became aware that there were those who 'were not worthy' to receive. Indeed 'they' (some) would return my kindness with a sneer/cross look/anger/or I'm just not going to be pleasant to you, who do you think you are type of energy. Or they were having a bad day and were willing to dump their negative energy upon anyone silly enough to offer themselves.
This suddenly made sense to me i.e. that I had been wasting my energies of love upon all and sundry thereby taking in their negative energy and depleting myself.
I hope that this makes sense and is understood by those who continue to lose themselves to those who would take without thought or care.
I have come to realise also that everyone, including myself, must not put themselves in harms way. We have this duty to ourselves to protect ourselves from those who would do us harm. They will 'have their day' when they are ready. No amount of cajoling from me will make them change. Indeed the opposite is correct. By not taking on their energies 'they' must. And it is only when we are dumped with our own negative energy that we begin to take responsibility for it, allowing for 'change' to begin.
There has also been another rather obviously striking effect for me. I now have 'more than enough' energy for myself and for those to whom I am to give. And 'these' are willing and wanting that which I have to offer. Therefore, I believe that now my energies are not wasted but are being utilised more wisely and have a greater effect whereby they can achieve greater.
(It is so much easier when Soul Friend speaks and I type. This has taken me an eternity to think out and type.)
Yours in light
Carolyn

Dearest Holistic,
Indeed, dear heart, yours is a journey of much great light. We salute you, dear one. However, dear heart, you be one who depletes yourself, indeed.
We ask that you 'take note' of the little one's words; they be necessarily for you, dear one, and the many who continue to share their energies with those who are not ready for the energies of love, dearest. We salute you your love, however we warn you against this 'depletion of self'. This be all, dear one. Your love is not in vain, dear heart, just mis-directed at times.
Many blessings, dear one, many blessings.
Soul Friend

Dear Spirit Talk,
I beg to disagree with you - on the subject of 'worthiness' it is said and understood by many, that all people are worthy in the eyes of God/Spirit. As Christ said, in different words, if you are reviled, turn the other cheek, and continue to give out positive energy. The very act of doign this makes you stronger, not weaker, and you never really know who goes home and thinks about the lovely person who bothered to smile at you that day.;)
Love Gillyxxx
