Friends dont seem to understand and i need a help far greater and more spritual

I am sure there are lots of people here who would be glad to offer some words of help and guidance, but I'm wondering if perhaps you would like to tell us a little more. I don't want to second-guess you by suggesting it might be x or y, nor ask you to post more on a public forum than you feel comfortable with.
