Hi all
I know this is a bit out of the ordinary, but I truely believe that happiness is a sign of spiritual fulfillment, many may disagree, but......
I feel so amazingly happy this morning, I can feel the flow of energy around my body. I'm in a boring office job, next to the A12 but I can just about see out the window, and I can see the sun is shining.
My healthy baby boy is kicking my bladder like crazy, which is just filling me with intense pleasure.
I think as a nation we don't express our happiness enough, and are frequently seen frowning or looking miserable. I'd like this thread to be for people to show how happy they are, when they're feeling happy. I think this is a truely positive expression, and can only help to get the vibes out there to those around us.
Sorry if you all think I'm crazy, but this forum has helped me so much, and I'd like to give something back.

Hi Hester, What a wonderfully refreshing post. You're right that as a nation we don't express our happiness enough.
When I'm feeling low I always hear the words "Don't worry, be happy".
Being happy is definitely felt by others around us, and uplifts the energy.
You being happy will be felt by your baby boy too, he's having a dance to tell you he is happy - hee, hee!

Nothing mad about that.
I often walk around and smile at people. Some give me funny looks, but that's their problem, and others who previously appeared lost in some depressing thoughts somewhere, will suddenly brighten up and smile back. Amazing what a little bit of positive energy can do for people. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Hi Hester, really have to agree with you, I feel your whole post is so true....and so glad you and little beanie are fine and happy.
I lost a necklace today, was so upset could not understand how it had happened and was really sad when I realised. Thought about and it as the day went on and new I had seen my time with this necklace and felt that someone else needed it more than me, this is why it had happened.... it was meant to be. ....bought a new one to night but do not know if im allowed to say where from with the advertising etc.
Lost it in the supermarket. But on my way round, gave to the childrens charity and talked and smiled to everyone I came into contact with and they responded back....what can be better than that?
Life should be happy, even when doing the mundane...
