Can anyone help me?

I am a member of a spiritual development group and recently my body has been twitching / jumping when attending any kind of workshop / talk on spirituality.

Please could you let me know exactly what this is? My teacher tells me it is someone walking over my grave but this doesn't really explain alot to me?
