Ive not heard about the Rainbow being a femail energy .. this is interesting , because although i can understand why people would think it female energy, with its gentleness & it does hold a very high loving vibration .. I'm just thinking i get a male energy with rainbow too, maybe its the earth aspect of it. However thinking about it some more, the male energy most probably comes from Peagasus who along with Unicorn helps me with my distant healing...... Ok i'm waffling and thinking out loud now hree hee.. if you get any more on rainbow id be interested brent.

on the triangle:
Its positioning to me implies it is the lower half of the Seal of Solomon (6 pointed star, comprised of two triangles).
The Seal is a magnificent piece, clearly illustrating the relationship between the lower and higher self, and to a lesser extent the chakras of the lower and higher self.
the lower two points of the triangle represent the physical body and the emotional body, the first two planes (but, because we're also talking rainbows, not the same as the first two rays!). The point of the lower triangle represents the third dimension, the last in the realm of duality, and that is Mind (solar plexus chakra - remember, this is lower mind or intellect here)
a short study into sacred geometry and the Seal may well reveal wonders to you - there is lots to explore within it! (too much for me to go into here)
On rainbow energy being female:
Vortex - i love that statement. Very interesting. Especially since you are so close to the Devas. The Devas, whos forms in which we inhabit ARE female relative to the male act of our awareness inhabiting - note this is impersonal gender energy here and not anatomy.
Whether the rainbow energy itself is female I'll have to consider, but Crystal Moonchild's point (which i hadnt heard before):
Upside down the triangle symbolises the male energy & pointing upwards female energy ( so I read somewhere)
is absolutely in line with my understanding of the Seal (mentioned above) and of the relationship between gender energy and form (as typified by Vortex's experiences of people sensing female energy around him - point an unwavering finger in the Deva's direction for that one Vortex! ;))
May I ask, was it all colours of the spectrum, or just some?

I found this on the up right Triangle....Pointed upward it is generally associated with fire and divine power. But as an Egyptian hieroglyph it was, according to Gardiner, an ideogram for thorn, and used when writing such concepts as sharp. In the Hittite hieroglyphic system represented mu, city. In the same system two such signs, , stood for country or kingdom.
We see an example of the law of the polarity of meanings of elementary graphs in the French hobo or gypsy sign system, where rather than signifying something powerful, to be afraid of, means woman or here lives a woman alone.
I work with rainbow a lot in my healing & sometimes individual colour, it is definitely a feminine energy but i also keep being shown not only in an arch in the sky but also the rainbow moving underground... the complete circle .hmmmmm Now interestingly ( for me any how) as i move with this picture in my mind the energy I feel when it gets to earth & moves under ground is a masculine one...... ( Do Rainbows really go underground ?Dunno they obviously meet the ground) My feeling is that it is showing us the working together of both aspects .. working individually, yet as one both carrying their own vibration of male or female YET! they both work as one, completing the circle
The healing here in this case is very gentle , subtle and also quite cathartic like the completion of a stage leading on to a new beginning?????now i know your rainbow is a trianglebut the same principles apply....any way hunni its just a rambling thought... take what you can & leave the rest:D
