Hi all, not sure if this is the right place to ask but can anyone offer some advice about contacting your guardian angel? I have tried before using meditation & never seem to make a connection. A medium friend has suggested maybe it's not the right time for me to know. I suppose i'm just curious!:D

I am looking forward to your responses!!! I have been trying to figure this out for AGES!!!!! I am just dying to meet my spirit guide/gaudian angel!!! And like you have tried many things and its just not happening!

THere is no hard and fast rule about when you will meet your guide, they will come to you when they think you are ready and not before. Sometimes people can try too hard to find guides and guardian angels and this can slow the process down quite considerably.
I have produced a meditation that helps you to get in the relaxed frame of mind to meet guides, it will have to be adapted slightly to meet guardian angels but the principles are the same. Here is the links meditation 1 - to relax is http://www.healthypages.net/forum/tm.asp?m=91241

There are loads of CD's out there that help you to meet guides and your guardian angels, so it is worth looking out for them if you find meditation on your own is not helping.
There are so many different ways of meeting your guides it can be quite daunting finding one you are comfortable with.
