hi angel,,if you can get hold of the magazine [ vision] there is a free cd on it. it takes you thru a full meditation to meet your guardian angel..good luck has its hard to get hold of..if you go to books and films..darren has mentioned on that thread .how to order the mag over the net..i have the cd,its very good.hope this helps....love kath 🙂

Meditation alone will not insure you will meet your guides and equally you don't have to meditate to meet your guides.
Flowerlight I don't mean to sound flippant but in form do you think you meet your guide are you at a level where you can talk to spirit or hear spirit.
As M said it can take a while for a guide to come to you. My advice would not to fix to much on it keep tuning in as much as you can and you will get him or her. Also just because somebody says you have a red Indian with you or a monk etc that does not make them right, your guide will let you now.
Then like most people you will move on to the whats my guides name stage.

Sorry I did not explain that very well.
What I meant was, have you developed enough to talk to spirit? And if so in which form can hear spirit or feel spirit or do you see images.
I guess what I am trying to say is that its common for people to say just meditate and you guide will be shown to you but if you cannot see, feel or hear spirit then how will you a person know.
