Hi Everybody,

I have been living in a cave for the past few years, (and also don't have cable TV which might actually explain it better), but I have never heard of Derek Acorah until now.

He is appearing at my local theatre in a couple of weeks' time, and I just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on his work as a medium? i.e. what's he like/ what's his style etc. I'm just looking for a bit of feedback, really.

thanks in advance,

much love
Memphis 🙂

Hi Memphis,

We saw him recently and I thought he was very good. He got a bit frustrated when the first contact he came up with wasn't claimed but he persisted and the contact was claimed later on! Hubby thought he came across as a bit arrogant because of this.

Have a look at Most Haunted on Living TV to see Derek in action and make your own mind up.

Edited cos I've just realised that you don't have cable. Do you know anyone whos cable you can watch on a Sunday night?!

If you have the chance to go then i think it would be interesting anyway:) Plus the bonus is you don't have any preconceived ideas of how he should be:) I would love to go and see a medium on stage.

From what I've seen of Derek on TV, he seems a very good, accurate medium. From what you say, Floffle, what your husband interpreted as arrogance was possibly an inate trust and belief in his work and connection, as it can ber VERY annoying when you KNOW your info is right and you know the person is there in the audience, playing games with you.

I'd go see the man - give him a chance. 🙂
