Greetings,
I'm new to this Forum: a big hello to you all! I'd like to ask about White Bear. Four years ago I went through a, what I call, Native American phase. One evening, during meditation, a being identifying itself as White Bear come through with a warning about certain people who were to be business associates. The warning was in the form of a poem that I wrote down. It was very profund and proved to be very true! The energy coming from this being was very powerful and protective and obviously I couldn't wait to go on the net and do a search on who he might have been, lived, his 'tribe', etc, etc. Couldn't find a thing then. Now, that I found these forums, I'm wondering again. I take it that most Native American helpers and healers who help through the ethers have passed away. Has anyone had a different experience? i.e. contact from a living helper through telepathy? And, most important of all, who was/is White Bear?? [sm=scratchchin.gif]

Terry Pickard.......APACHE INDAIN........ had a nice Medicine shield off him ,he makes all his own stuff and teaches around the country.

Thanks Lightwinds! Lovely to have a picture of WhiteBear and his whereabouts. The Anishnabai were also called the Deep Water People which I find very interesting. I wonder if the 'deep' refers to the depth of the area's lakes or something else... Do you know of a site that briefly explains tribal names and their meanings/origins? I think it would give a deeper 
insight into the tribes' qualities and special gifts.
