for some reason the copy/paste of the person who sent me the ring and very very very late explanation did not go through

"The chautisa bit refers to the 4 x 4 format. Within that format various personalities are represented and yours is Krishna. Sorry I don’t have more I never intended to sell them but was inspired to send you 1. That was weird in itself. It was made by a yogi near Rishikesh – there's nothing spooky about it 🙂 - but its the real thing. If its “too much” please return it. Sometimes weird stuff happens just to make us recognise something beyond normal experience and get our attention."

that was the answer I got just a few days ago. That person told me that he got that ring in India some 20 years ago..that is why I have/had lots of difficulties trying to decipher.

thank you to you both !! and my best !!

jani..I tried to pm you 3 times and it does not go for some reason...I do not know ..I must say I have difficulty understanding why India does not care that much about its own heritage..damn great pieces of art and knowledge ? there is still ayurvedic astrology and medicine..so not all is lost 🙂

Hi Ming
Very interesting post. Sorry about the pm. I have been receiving pms from others. Don't know what happened there? The magical rring again!!!

Not all is lost. NO! Infact, Nothing is lost. We see how the whole world has embraced, Yoga, Pranayam, Mudras, Tantra, Massage, Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology, Vasu, Advaita, Classical music etc etc
India keeps cherishing all that is of value (search for Self, inner voyage, medicine, wisdom, experiments and experiences in the personal evolution. Anything and everything a seeker needs to know is kept intact, the whole science of it. Many many techniques, methods to meditate, Buddhism, Jainism, All 4 Vedas are still going( they were worth saving). Some of the mantras from Upnishdas are as commonly used in west as are in India. Ancient art of bronze statue, textile making is still being used today...the list goes on and on.
So when I say India does not care much about antiques. I am only talking about things - furniture, bits and bobs, rings and things. They might seem worth cherishing but there are other things on the priority list. The whole country has been moving in a different direction. Anything with true value is never lost and is infact kept lovingly for entire humanity. For all of us to benefit from.
