Hello,
I had a dream last night of a blcak labrador. When i lived at home we had a black lab called Katie. In my dream i was living at home and i heard a dog barking out the front of the house. I was worried about the cat so i looked out the door. I saw the dog rolling happily on some grass and it was sunny. For some reason i believed the dog belonged to the neighbours. Then when i was in bed on the night, i heard my mom call it into the house. That's all i can remember.
My worry is that i looked on the web about animal dreams and one site mentioned a black dog. It says that it represent death. I'm worried as my mom was also in the dream and she is 72 and has been ill for a long time.
I was wondering if it could be because i had to have my rabbit Tyla put to sleep on thursday and it's killed me; i loved her so much. I'm in a state that she's lost now and keep asking my nan who died a while ago to please look after her.
Has anyone else heard this or could please tell me different.
I am not sure on animals and their meanings, but could it be that after your loss you went to a place you felt safe with your Mother at home?
