Hope some one can shed some light on this.
Riding along on a motorbike I stop at the side of the road. A woman is walking up to me, she is very famailiar to me ,but I cannot remember who she is. She says hello, and uses my name, she asks if i'm coming up to the mansion. I think there's a long drive way opposite. She reminds me that I've only used 1 key and there are another 20. she is holding a bunch of keys on a big ring.
and that's when I woke up, which is annoying because i'm curios to know what's behind the other doors. I know that the keys open doors to differenet rooms.

This is one of those wonderful dreams, and probably very enjoyable. However, the meaning is very simple......
The keys are steps to something you want to achieve, but in these sort of dreams you never actually achieve what you're trying to get because in reality something feels at arms reach. Typical examples are if you are buying or selling a house and you're in a chain. Everytime you get closer to signing that contract, another hiccup happens.

I just read this and felt compelled to reply. I'm really so not qualified to offer dream interpretation, and I do feel it is kind of easy to apply some kind of meaning from the outside when it's more to do with what is going on for you, so the interpretation has to come from within really.
I just wanted to share what went thru my mind when I read your dream theboy. I felt that maybe the door ways reflect levels of consciousness or a spiritual journey of sorts? That in this large mansion which could represent your own consciousness there were more avenues and wider vistas to explore? Perhaps the female figure was some kind of a guide?
Or it could indicate something about exploring some different options. Interesting that she is holding the keys, maybe that means something to you...?
Perhaps you could meditate your way back there!:)

Thansk for the quick replies, me and my girlfriend have got plans to move in together (waiting for her flat to sell) so in a way both of you are right, this would certainly be a big change in my life so maybe the woman is trying to guide me.
Actually this maybe the differences between me and her on this matter and the woman is her wanting to be in a house with me and the keys represent me as I am considering all the options.
