I have a recurring dream of seeing my computer screen and seeing 1 unopened email.
Ive been racking my brain in trying to understand it.
I find this a bit confusing, many years ago, i had a very clear dream of an angel telling me i was a messenger. I thought it may have been in reference to that - but i aint too sure.
im thinking there is a message to be given or that a solution to a problem i had has been given but im not accepting it?
Of course all dreams are really personal, but i was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar dream and how was it resolved?
I used to dream i was moving back into the house i grew up in, until i realised my thoughts were in the past. when i realised that, i never dreamt that again.

Dreams don't have direct meanings as such, they tend to be symbolic drawing images from the subconscious. It's from this knowledge that it's possible to draw an interpretation from your dream.
You don't actually say much about this dream other than it's recurring and you see 1 unopened email. Probably an image that you see everyday when you sit in front of your computer. You don't say if it's at home or at work, or if you leave it unopened, or if there something stopping you opening the email.
However, the basic meaning is rooted in fear of being caught for something you've done. As long as that email is there, you have the risk of being found out. It's like the finger print left behind. But as I said without the detail it' not possible to say what it is you're feeling guilty about and who it is that you are hiding the truth from.

I am self employed, and i do use a computer every day.
Im not sure if its rooted in guilt, i feel pretty good you know and i don't think ive done anything wrong.
In the dream, the unopened email is more so a flash image. I would LOVE to open the email and figure it out. The emotion behind it, isn't guilt, more so there is a message to be given or im ignoring a message Bit like cant see the wood for the trees.
i feel the emotion is frustration in the dream/flash

Guilt is not always associated with wrong doing, we can feel guilt for many things. But it seems you can't open the email, and it doen't matter how hard you try. Coupled together with it being recurring points to emotion.
Don't think of the email containing a message, the dream is the message because it's symbolic. Think of it this way.... You need to create a picture of something, but all you've got is a magazine to cut up. So you can only use the images in the magazine to create your new picture. It's the same with dreams, they only have the subconscious to draw on. That's why the imagery in dreams can seem a bit disconnected. So look at the dream as a whole and don't look for literal meanings. Understand that it's emotion driven, and don't think the finger is pointing at you, it might just be something you need to get off your chest...... Did you forget a birthday?

I havent forgotten any birthdays, mind you its funny you should mention them because there has been a load of them in the past couple of months.
I added to my last post, that i do feel frustrated about the dream, in the dream i dont even have the opportunity to open the email, its really like a flash image more than a dream. i then wake up frustrated about it, it is like a puzzle LOL.
