Hi all
I don't usually visit this forum but want to ask a question: for years I have tried to do a little hatha yoga every day - just the same asanas (Sivananda) which take about 45mins to 1 hour. It's not always possible but if I miss too many days then my body complains. However, at the moment I have a streaming cold and, although I don't feel too bad, I can't breathe through my nose. Should I still practise or not?

Lots of love

RE: Practising when under the weather

Hi Sunanda,
I would say do what you can, if it's less than normal it's OK. I do find that when I am under the weather yoga does help to make me feel better. Just do as much your body tells you it can take.
get well soon.

Rocky.

RE: Practising when under the weather

Thanks, Rocky.
I did my practice this morning, but without the pranayama and it felt like it did me the world of good.
