Hi,
I just wanted to share this, ive been doing some astana (sp) in my bedroom for 2 weeks before i go to sleep and when i wake up, no other exersizes. Im mainly concentarating on my waist and midsection. Guess what i have a waist now!!!!
Im so happy!, ive lost half a stone and i have definition to my midsection. This is amazing!! After only 2 weeks. I abosutely adore yoga! I love the way i get a heady feeling after doing the poses, my body is so flexible and i can nearly sit on my heel (somthing ive never been able to do).
I would like to join a yoga class in the south london area, in not sure about the differences in the styles of yoga.
