hi ladies.

my sex drive has fell through the floor:(

I do think i am perimenopausal and is no doubt connected?

Any ideas of what i can take or do to get some fire in my loins?

Its really annoying me as I can feel it slipping away..which is hard to explain, but there you go!

any tips would be much appreciated.

Callanetics exercise class - the exercises pay a lot of attention to the pelvic area which definitely gets 'woken up'.

Milky oats/oatstraw infusion - buy the herb in bulk and infuse overnight (as per Susun Weed - some videos on you tube I think).. Fiddly but very holistic and nourishing.

I can recommend both of the above from personal experience.

Hi sorry to hear this, I know this is a very late response but i'm a new member here and my first thoughts were that you should attend your GP and ask for an hormone profile and libido is also regulated my our hormones, also I wonder if you are taking any medications that my also be affecting your drive. Before you do anything go see your GP your right it could be organic, either way there is plently of help and support for this issue. 😉
