Hi had a baby 7months ago and now every time l take my period have terrible pains up my back passage they are like contractions is this normal:confused:

Doesn't sound normal to me. Go back to your GP and see what they think.

i had my baby 7 months ago and i have noticed that period pains were alot worse than before i got pregnant. I have weekly sessions of reflexology and i don't suffer from period pains anymore! hope this helps.

Welcome To Healthy Pages, in answer to your question i would go back to see your gp. i have heard of this before and it was down to tearing.whilst giving birth,
