Hi
i know there have been quite a few threads about this, im sure we all have similar symptoms, i havent had a period for three months now but this month i have had a heavy discharge, almost gooey sticky to look at...yuk (sorry to be explicit) does anyone else suffer with this or should i be worried.

Pre-Menopause
Pre- menopausal symptoms are actually just a preview of what menopause brings for a woman. Hence, many or all the symptoms experienced during menopause can randomly occur and are included in pre-menopause symptoms.
im pre-menoupause ive not had a period now since last September but luckily im not having many side effects, im taking a mixture of menopause, fish oil, and skin and hair tablets. The only thing ive noticed is that my hair is thinner i went to my GP what a waste of time that was he just said yes your going through the change (like i didnt know that already). Hopefully i will go through it without much trouble.
yes totally normal i had the same, just bear with it . eat well sleep well and take good care of yourself cos it gets worse! but then it gets better cos you learn to live with it. x
