I have recently been diagnosed with a right ovary that has eggs growing on the outside of it. Has anyone heard of this before. I also have a tumor on growing on the outside of my uterus.

RE: Ovary Problems

You poor thing. Is the tumour benign?

I'm afraid I haven't heard of eggs growing on the outside of the ovary before, but I will see what I can find.....

Lots of information here:

Did the doctor say anything about polycystic ovaries?

RE: Ovary Problems

no, they just said that they had never seen this before. My eggs are attaching themselves to the outside of the ovary and making a cluster. They did tell me that my right ovary is 4 times the size of the left ovary.

RE: Ovary Problems

Not sure... I know endometriosis is when stuff grows outside where it should be but not the eggs... could be worth giving your gp a buzz and asking for the name of what has been diagnosed so that you can do your reading.

RE: Ovary Problems

I guess I will have to ask the name of the diagnosis, but you know how hard it is to get ahold of your doctor.

RE: Ovary Problems

Are you by any chance having man problems?

After my Reiki session yesterday I was reading a chart on the wall. I was interested to learn that problems with the ovaries can be as a result of anger with men! [&:]

RE: Ovary Problems

Yes, I am having a problem with a man, my ex-husband currently. I live with him for financial reasons right now, I tried to put things back together with him, but I just really don't want to, so now its just for financial reason, my daughter and I both are in college right now and I have a 13 year old son too. He is not the father of either one of my kids. So life right now is not pleasant for me. I am a survivor so I'll make it through it.

RE: Ovary Problems

I strongly recommend some Reiki then. Perhaps you could be attuned and treat yourself and the children? In the meantime you could always ask for some Reiki in the Healing and Prayers forum. Don't be shy! 😉

It might also be a good idea to get yourself a nice bit of rose quartz and wear it in a spiral around your neck. I find it really soothing for emotional issues.

RE: Ovary Problems

Hi,
I had a tumor growing on my ovary that was also attached to my womb, the consultant that opperated on me told me that my condition was very rare and I was the second person he had ever seen with this condition and the day I went to see him he was meant to retire as he was the only one who had performed this type of operation before he stayed on to treat me, the tumor was benign, but just to give you an idea it was the size of a rugby ball, I only lost one ovary and a very small part of my womb. it is 7 years since i had the operation (i was only 20 when it happened) and I have never had a problem since. I don't know if my experience is of any help.

Kind Regards

RE: Ovary Problems

Hya i am a new member i came across this site whilst researching for my last assignment at college n noticed your message. I myself am a sufferer of polycystic ovarian syndrome and i know if you have this you can get cyst on and around the ovaries and you can have polycystic ovaries without having the syndsrome. However if you have experienced any othger symptoms such as tiredness, excess hair growth weight gain, mood swings or anything else unusual it would be worth asking your gp to test you for it.
I hope everything works out well for you and wish you every luck n happiness for your future and i hope this message may have been of help.
xxxx:D

RE: Ovary Problems

oops i forgot to mention that you do get enlarged ovaries, uterus and genitalia with this condition so try not to worry too much until you have seen the oncologist
good luck
