i posted a message on the forum a few weeks ago with regards to my painful booby. someone sent me some valuable info. they said that if i rub some aromatherapy oil and some cypress/juniper oil it would soothe the area and helps release build up/fluid in and around the breast area/armpit/etc, lymph glands etc. it works. i have been painfree for 1 week now. it may be linked to cycle but i will know in future what to dab on in times of need, thanks so much

ha ha its you lesley, sorry for being ignorant ,just i am writing a book and its taking its toll on me, albeit i enjoy every minute of it. i think the breast pain was linked to periods and it seems to have died down a bit now the oils helped, prefer the cypress to juniper although my husband liked it! he said "Hmm whats that lovely woody smell, i said "its my breasts! ha ha
xxxthanks for wonderful advice which i will include in my book and on my websitexx

OKAY GUYS - LOOK AWAY COZ YOU WON'T LIKE IT AND IT WILL PUT YOU OFF YOUR VEG.
The answer to this is CABBAGE LEAVES. Yep! Works.
When I was breastfeeding and had pain etc I was told by the midwife to put a cabbage in the fridge and take leaves off and put them in my bra. They fit surprisingly well whatever your size. Instant relief.
Really Really does work. I went round to my friend who had just given birth the other day and there she was with the obligatory cabbage leaves stuffed in her bra.
It's the cheap things in life that work best.
