I am not a man but I need to know. Are there any doctors on here that could tell me if it is true you can catch HPV (the genital warts, not the cancer) even though you use a condom?

It's possible, yes. But you know what the advise would be, don't you? GP or if you or the person who is worried lives near a large hospital, many have sexual health clinics (GUM), where you can self refer without going via GP. FP clinics would be another source of advice. Condom use helps enormously, but they are't 100 percent in protecting against STDs.
