hiya

I am soooo fed up with having spots! I have never really had the problem even in my teens, but now i cant seem to be free of them, they always seem to be around my forehead (particularly in the temple area) I am in my mid 30s so what is going on? Could it be that i am run down?
I am currently taking penicilin for a bad throat infection, I had ulcers on my tonsils and now have swollen lymph nodes behind my left ear and on the right side of my neck, 4 of them in a kind of cluster which are quite tender. I have difficulty sleeping and nothing seems to help. I am often tired which i think is probably added to by the fact that i have pernicious anemia.

any advice welcomed.

There is help to clear acne

Hi,

I am looking for people just like you who are fed up with acne, not just teenagers. We have developed a really effective light treatment which you can use at home for just a couple of minutes a day. It will clear acne, reduce inflammation and redness of the skin and prevent acne scarring from forming as well as reducing existing scarring. It's a new product which is just about to go on sale after the successful clinical trials. We'd like a couple of people to try it out and give us there feedback. Let me know if you would ne interested. You can see picture from the clinical trials at www.bactelite.com as well as the details of how the device works. Look at the pictures and see how the device can clear acne and send me a message if you would like to try.

Hey,

I hope you feel much better since you posted this!

Often you get spots when you are run down so it might be that you weren't feeling well and the spots came up, I get them sometimes when I am run down, and I am 26.

Sometimes healthy diet and the right nutrients and vitamins help with spots, rather than creams etc. I have been taking Imedeen for a few months and my skin is looking much better than before. Also, it seems to help with my complexion and dry skin on my face.

Hope that helps, but mostly hope you are feeling a lot better and not having to worry about spots!

🙂

I've had trouble with my skin for decades. I take supplements, and I eat a clean diet. My mother has awful skin - and so I guess I inherited something from her.

However, in the last 18 months I've found something which really works - my skin doesn't have any breakouts, and is relaxed and clear. I use Eve Lom cleanser. It's very expensive (around £40 for a tub) but last around 4 months. It's very aromatic and contains camphor oil and many other essential oils. It's highly recommended [see: Google reviews] and most folk who try it, stick with it despite the price and the smell. You can buy it from some department stores, and online. It's also sold on eBay, but you'd rarely get a bargain because it always bids pretty close to the retail price.

My biggest regret wrt my skin is that I didn't try it 10 years ago when I first heard about it. Now I would never use anything else.

Ava x

p.s. there are loads of nutritional suggestions that I could make, however because you've posted in the Hair, skin, nails forum I opted for a topical solution.

I used to have spots in the past as well and it was the most dramatic experience..I can imagine how you feel 🙁 I am not sure what kind of acne you've got but mine was rosacea (spots with redness) and sometimes very painful. I started to have it when I was 22 very sad 🙁 but lockly I found a treatment called ipl, it was the only thing that improved my skin..thanks God. but I still have to do the treatment every 3 weeks..so I do have to spend some money..but as long it doesn't come back I am happy 🙂

Plz see a herbalist as well for your sleep problems I went to see one and found really helful

Good Luck!
