...anyone know what this could mean?
This means you are having an infection of the urinary tract. It can be anywhere from the kidneys to the bladder or even the urethra.
Just to add very quickly to sjoshi44 statement. It is your white blood cells that are deployed by your body to fight off infection and a high presence of these cells in your urine 'suggest' you have an infection in that system.
Always best to go see your GP.

Hello sjoshi44,
You may perhaps not have noticed that Mellow posted back in mid-July. While we hope that the problem has now been cured, it must be pointed out that the best course of action if anyone is concerned about a medical condition, is to seek the advice of their own doctor or other health professional or, if in the UK, perhaps NHS Direct. In this instance, physical examination and some simple tests may well have been necessary for diagnosis.
Suggestions as to possible causes are considered preferable to definitive statements on the forums. Diagnoses cannot and should not be made over the internet, though this is not to doubt the good intentions of those who have posted their opinions here. 🙂
