Difficult question and not enough information. Trigeminal neuralgia is just a name of condition. Without understanding a reason of it this is impossible to answer your question.
TN can be caused by many factors, some of them are neurological (nerve damage, compression) + some related conditions, toxins (affecting conduction), and even very bad bad (trauma, stroke, tumors etc)
My good advice - consult with your dr and gp first to know what is the cause and is it good to use oils (cos effect can be also negative)
