Hiya,
Does anyone know of any local self esteem groups/workshops based in Hertfordshire?

Are you looking for yourself? I don't know of any groups in the area so sorry I cannot help there, however I offer one to one sessions that can be useful for self esteem issues.

Lots of reads but no suggestions so I guess there doesn't appear to be much covering it.
Anyone know of any self help groups at all in Hertfordshire even of a general nature, preferably near Harpenden?
