hiya i have a small lump on my left testicle been there for bout a year and not increased in size just wondering if i should worry about it im only 15 and im unsure if its natural or some sort of sperm clog possibly any 1 got ideas? thanks

Hi mate.
Right about 10 years ago I also found a small lump on testicle and I went to doctors, ( don't be embarrased ) they see things like this all the time.
Anyway he got me an appointment at the hospital where I saw a specialist, he had a look and a feel and said it was a very common thing for men to get these small harmless lumps on the testicles.
I was put at ease.
You must go to see your doctor and get it checked though, it really is a very common occurance.
