Hi all,
My friend has terrible pain in her wrists and as been told today she has cysts in her wrists?... Does anyone one have any idea what could help her and help get rid of the cysts!..
Thankyou!..:)
Generally I would suggest soaking the hands in Epsom Salts solution (big cupfull in very warm or hot water), do it frequently. Also a programme of supplementation, leaning on vitamin C and D, alkalising the diet, and clearing any obstructions in the normal channels of elimination (eg bowel, bladder, liver etc).
Normal caveats apply, this is general information not specific advice, and should be considered by your friend's main practitioner in context of the specific diagnosis and her overall health.
Ah thkyou!..
Wrist cysts - gangliae
Hi Angel Karma,
Who has diagnosed your friend's condition as "wrist cysts"? ( gangliae)
If it was a non-medical person then they should see their doctor and get a medical opinion. Most wrist bumps are benign but it is worth checking just in case. Other conditions that cause bumps on the wrist are lipoma, giant cell tumours or carpal bossing ( bone spurs) the latter are caused by trauma on the back of the hand.
Some gangliae go away by themselves without any intervention but if your friend is having pain they may need aspirating.
In olden days the cure was to hit them with the family Bible, but I would not suggest that they do that !
Hope that helps

These are commonly known as ganglion cysts. The old method traditionally was to whack them with a book but i would not recommend that.
Ive heard some anecdotal evidence that red desert clay both internally and topically is of use against ganglion cysts. Although ive never had experience.
