Hi everyone!!
I have a client who about 7/8months ago had a heart attack. Since then he has been complaining of a burning sensation and a lot of muscular tension over the thoracic area of his back. His errector spinae muscle is extremely tense and knotted in this area and i think that is what is causing the sensation but thought i would double check with you all!!
So any ideas would be welcome if you think it anything else???
