angiogram

well i went in to Hospital today for an echocardiogram and alos ecg and then dr said the leaky valve ( found in echocardigram in2002 and i never knew about it !) has gone a bit worse, ditto for mild aortic stenosis, i know i also have heart murmur( might be leaky valve?) anyway becasue of the pains i have been having on and off, he thinbking id be good idea to have an angiogram and i inituilly refused but he explained it is to make sure there is nothing esle wrong so i agreed it will be done after xmas. i was scared but he gave me a leaflet about it to read at home and i am wondering if anyone has had experience of this procedure? i am not looking forward to it at all. Hi to all,

I also had an angiogram a few years ago, and had no ill effects after at all. Awaiting another now, and am somewhat apprehensive as heard it can be more severe second time round??
