Hello this is my first time in a forum and I hope I`m doing this right.
I hope I can get some kind of advice since I am confused and dont know where to start. For quite a few years I`ve suffered constant hedaches (just normal head pain) but its been going on since I was 12/13 yrs old. When I got my eyeglasses they stopped a bit and now they are back... My current job is very stressful and recently I`ve gotten severe headaches that can go for days, but just last night I got home very tired and stressed out and when I was in the shower I felt a lump in the lower part of my head, a small unusual lump and as I touched it it hurt...I got scared , stepped out of the shower and started massaging and I felt pain but after I stopped doing that, the right side started getting a bit numb I surelly know thats not normal and dont know what to do. I lied down but as soon as I did it my whole head started hurting (only when I lied down) and this morning I woke up with a headache and the numbness on the right side .
Can someone please suggest somthing, I dont want to freak out so much. I considerend an did some research on CT Scanns and MRI Scanns but I dont know if thats necessary and if its too expensive.
Hi Alep,
Nobody on this forum is qualified to diagnose your problem and therefore you should see your GP.
Whilst these things can be very scary when they happen, they quite often turn our to be something not serious. So go and see your GP as soon as possible so you can have an informed diagnosis.
You mentioned the cost of scans, so I assume you're not in the UK? All diagnostic tests are free under the NHS.
Namaste,
Myarka.
You need to act asap
Hi Alep, I think you know what I am going to say, but you need to see a GP as soon as possible, sorry I dont want to scare you, it may be just stress, but I am just a bit worried about the lump you found. I notice it has been a while since you posted can you tell us how you are getting on. Please dont let this go on without being checked out.
Regards michael
Numbnes and lump relate to the same energy in terms of
acupuncture.
