Hi all, i am new to the site.Need some advise.I have had problems with my nose for 18 years now.Blocked on one side,usually at night.Had many different nose sprays,which do not work.Been to see ENT specialists,and also had MRI scan.Came back all clear,but suffer with headaches and dizziness.Is there any one out there with the same type of symptoms

What I will add as a quick tip:
If you lie on your side with the blocked side highest, then the blockage will change sides over a few minutes. Whilst not a perfect solution, it is some relief.
Otherwise make sure you drink water in the evening so you aren't dehydrated in the night. Anything else is a longer term approach, but worth it.
