Hi,
During meditation Neti came to mind . Had no idea what Neti was or referred too so I looked up online .

Just thought I would share in case it benefits those that wish to try it out for themselves if they haven't already done so .

I tried this about 35 years ago to try and alleviate migraine, under the guidance of a young Indian ayurvedic practitioner - have to say it was the most surreal experience and I never wanted to try it again.
My first time of trying wasn't a bed of roses either Jabba .
I didnt' use a neti pot, I just used a regular cup of salt water . I didn't pour the water through one nostril to come out the other either, it just went down my throat and into my mouth .
Felt like I was under water drowning lols .
I didn't let that put me off though, it felt better/easier the more times I did it .

Nice_1, you stuck with it despite the drowning feeling, but did feel the benefits as you did it more and more.
Perseverance yielded its results to you
Yet "Neti" just came to mind in meditation, had no idea what it was or referred too so I looked up online...."
Charming
I am sure that there are people who believe in it or who would benefit from it, but the whole surreal experience is just nothing for me. I would not do particularly well during moments where I might feel as though I am not actually the person who is in control – but interesting read
While it's an ancient technique of yoga and has psychological, physical and spiritual benefits, Neti has gained an immense popularity due to its dramatic effect on the sinuses. It's a natural way to treat sinus infection and allergy problems, without side effects.
