Hi there can anyone help?
I returned from Cyprus last week and since been home if had a dull ache and gas .. Not sure what it is and what to do ?
I do suffer anxiety and slight ibs too

Not had much free time to be on here just lately and your post dropped off the 'today' page.
Yes, I'd have a course of good probiotics like [url]this one[/url] for about a month. When one goes to a new place there are different foods and different bugs, plus changes in stress levels, so one's gut has a change of stimuli and bacteria. This can cause discomfort. Take the capsule last thing at night about 2 hours after a any food and it will get to work while you are asleep.
