Can apple cider vinegar with the mother in it give you detox symptoms.
I've been taking it for a week and have to say it's worked wonders on the bloating and although in a way it's given me a bit of a feel good factor i've also had the following:-
Blinding headaches and sore eyes
Joint and muscle pain
Chills
Tight chest
Jittery
And not sleeping well- wide awake most of the night
That's on 3 teaspoons once per day.
If it is detoxing - how long will it last and is there anything I can do to help. I've taken it before and it's not done this to me so find it strange.
Am i taking too much, too little or taking it wrongly? Should I take it different?

isn't ACV quite harmful? because if it is used as treatment for genital warts, it can burn the surrounding skin. that's why many are turning to other treatments like Zerowarts UK cream, Wartrol, or just laser or other clinical treatments. i mean it could be harmful because it's also acid so if you're taking it in that dosage, it might be the cause of the detox symptoms.
