It was certainly interesting and trying a new method of attack. But there was not a single mention of Nutrigenomics and how plants can switch on and off gene function which is a great shame as there is much research going on at the microbiological level seeing what causes the changes in gene function..
There is also the field of Epigenetics where they are finding much to think about and understand.
Too much focus on pharmaceuticals as usual.
