Hi everyone
I've suffered with back problems on and off for years but never a lower back problem until now! I don't know what's bought it on but it coincided with the increased use of a lumbar support roll as advised by my massage therapist. I started off just using it in a straight back chair but then stupidly I used it in an office chair and car which already had a kind of lumbar support. Since then I haven't been able to sit for long without pain. I've had physio and am told I have a sticky disk and am having some acupuncture and manipulation of the verterbrae that are stiff. I've also started a new job recently which has meant a lot of sitting at a PC and numberwork. I have to meet with my boss today to discuss whether I can carry on working or not for him as I have only just started the job.
