I thought it useful to start a discussion that focuses on Treatments and Products that actually do help and give some level of relief.
If you have had a positive experience with a treatment or product that has help you or someone you know with your/thier condition then tells us all....?

I would like to avoid the negative stuff is possible as we all get enough of that anyway in our daily lives… So come tell us all about the good stuff!!

I personally have found good results using a combination of Glucosamine and magnotherapy products. I have used this combination on horses and found it works really well.
After six months the difference in my own horse was quite amazing as she was quite free moving compared to when I first got her.

A mixture of glucosamine and bromelain (pineapple extract) seems to do the trick for my Dad and our dogs.

I drink 60ml of Forever Freedomevery night. It is an aloe vera drink with added glucosamine, condrotine and MSM - it works fantastically well.
I left the Army with arthritic back, knees and ankles from years of running with heavy loads on my body and poor footwear with no shock absorption. At the end Army Medical were doing there best to rectify it [because I would go after them for a war disablement pension otherwise] and they didn't help. The bottom 4 lumbar units were glued together, cartliage in my knees torn [seen via MRI] and god knows what was happening in the ankles!
Forever Freedom really has done the trick and now when I forget to take it, or run out [both rare], I'm sent a poiniant reminder that there is still damage. I have control of it, but I haven't cured it.

I've found that hydrotherapy treatment can help to soothe some of the pain I have with arthritis in my knees and back. I bought a hydrobath system and it really seems to help. It fits in your bath at home. Strangely enough I haven't had much success with glucosamine, and my joints are still as crackly as ever!

I was thinking of buying some of that Forever Freedomfor my wife, and did some research relative to its cost. Based upon the recommended usage of 8 ounces a day, it would cost $132.00 US a month. That's too rich for our blood, do you know of a cheaper place to buy it?

Bob, you've been misled by the amount of Forever Freedom one should take. I'm calibrated in Milli-litres and I take 60ml (2 fluid ounces) a day at bedtime, because the ingredients seem work best with the body at rest. It had worked fantastically well for my back and knees, both of which have received accelerated wear from military service.
I understand your confusion here, because on the side of a container of Freedom it does state 'Serving Size = 8 fl oz'. I'm aware that this is put on to satisfy the information that follows about recommended daily allowances of contents.
I've had a fantastic result from drinking Freedom, and I have recommended it to lots of people who have regained their quality of life by drinking it.
Freedom costs £24.58 per litre (approx $36). 60ml would be an average amount to drink, which equates to 16 days worth and you would need two litre bottles per month = $72 or £49.

I have just returned from a traning looking into the effects of shock and stress on the body, different types if illness - inclduing arthritis and oteoporosis and how the body naturally reacts to different situations - I am using this information to work with people with illness such as this and cancers etc
Am happpy to chat about this if anyone is intersted 😉

It is a very very complex and deatiled and at the same time - once gotten a grasp of makes common sense. I am just getting a grip of it myself as it was 9 days solid training. In brief it looks at the effects of shock and stress on the body and also conflict we can come up against and how once someone is out of a conflict that they may go into a different stage of reacting - so for example have you ever known anyone who works and works and is fine and then as soon as they go on holiday - so out of the conflict - they can become poorly.
It looks into all the organs of the body, all illness's and how the body reacts at a cell level and also the bodies natural ability to repare and heal itself

HI - that soundsvery good. People who can't "contain" their experiences (in the psychotherapy sense) somatise them, and end up storing negativity in their tissues. Is that about right? What's the therapy called?
It kind of sounds like the work I do with EFT and Emotrance - identifying where a problem may havestarted and then using intention etc to release it.I think I may have helpeda case of deafness just this morning in this way - it went back to the war, and not wanting to hear the pandemonium, emotional and physical around. She was hearing much better when she left - we'll see though! She's been pretty deaf since 1943!

Yes - it sounds similar - the work I do is based on frames such as Cause and Effect - so for every effect whether that be emoitons, illness, etc there has to be a cause - this cause my be deep inside someone and so I work with them to discover the cause and then assit them in removing the belief / negative emotions etc by way of getting learnings and so on - using Time Line Therapy tm etc
Menaing that the person removes all that is holding them back and has the lernings going forward to do things differently if they chose!
