I realise this might be in the wrong place (and asking is out of place!) but I thought I'd suggest it anyway.
There are a lot of very weird and wonderful sounding therapies in this forum, some of which I've never heard of and don't know what they are and I'm hoping/sure that I can't be the only person visiting this forum so doesn't know what they all are.
So rather than bugging everyone with posts of "what is it?" Is there no way to either add a header in each section or add a sticky explaining some things about what each therapy is and anything else that may be useful to add about it, just so people have a basic idea?

We have started a therapy guide which does this... we are still working our way through all the different therapies, but we have completed quite a few...

its a good idea about a sticky at the top of the forum though, so we may do that linking through to that therapy in the guide
