Intelligence to detect emotion in oneself as well as other sentient around oneself and then the ability to allow them to move.

Our emotions are physiological responses that are created within our bodies as a direct response to our thoughts, whilst the central processor of the body (our brain) needs to interact with our thoughts (consciousness) in order to generate the correct electro chemical responses in the body (which are our emotions), the emotional responses themselves are not intelligent, just a process. 😉

Emotional intelligence now that is mouth full and where does one begin? In my educational teachings, my friends opinions, my associates and myself differ in the answer. This could prove to quite question to ask at our next workshop? Sometimes the question is more interesting than the answer..

Awareness of our emotions so that we can better monitor i.e. control how we interact with others. The opposite of this being more kneejerk and not realising we have freewill/choice.
