Now and again, but over a long long time...

You may have at least one nasty pathogen lurking inside hat you do not know about or feel in any other way, which is upsetting your system. Also, there could be an emotional element that you are simply not aware of. And lastly, you could be breathing in too much oxygen and breathing out too much carbon dioxide, as the Buteyko method tells us.
