Is it just me or is anyone else fed up of being half choked to death with smoke and covered in ash when having a drink or meal al fresco.
I have just had a most unpleasant meal at Cafe Rouge as the lady sitting on the table next to me chain smoked for 45 mins with her cup of coffee.
I know all you smokers will say that you have no where else to go but please have a little consideration for us non smokers as although we do have the choice of sitting inside or out, I for one dont want to be stuck inside a restaurant on a day like this.
Another pet hate ( wow im really in nagging mode today - sorry smokers) is finding an empty table in a pub, getting all settled and cosy, only to have someone come over and say that you have pinched their table. When you tell them it was empty, they say that they were outside having a fag and want 'their' table back!!
Grrrrr. Ok I'll go source a good bottle of vino now to put me back in my box!:)
